What the service does, what it is not, and what you and we each agree to.
These terms govern the use of screenshare.ac. The service is provided by Joris Dabkevičius, registered for individual activity in Lithuania (certificate no. 1489948), contact info@screenshare.ac. Creating an account means accepting these terms and the privacy policy.
You create a check code, send the link to a player, and the player runs a program that examines their computer and sends you a report. That is the whole product.
What it is not: it is not a kernel-level anti-cheat, and it does not decide anything for you. A CLEAN verdict means no known indicator was found - not that the computer is clean. Someone who wipes their traces carefully, runs a cheat from memory only, or uses a fresh build can pass. Every ban, refusal or accusation you make is your own decision, based on evidence you read yourself.
The program reads deeply into another person's computer. That is only acceptable when they agree to it, so:
Break these and the account can be suspended.
The service is digital and starts the moment the account is activated. When you ask for activation, you are expressly asking for the service to start immediately and you acknowledge that once it has started you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU consumer law would otherwise give you. That is what the tick box at sign-up confirms.
There are no refunds for a change of mind - not after the account is activated, not for an unused part of a term, and not for a 24-hour key that was not used.
Three exceptions, because they are only fair:
Most customers here run game servers and buy as a business. If you are buying as a business, the consumer withdrawal right does not apply to you at all.
This is a small service run by one person. There is no uptime guarantee yet. Maintenance, hosting problems or a broken release can interrupt it, and the fix comes as fast as it reasonably can. Reports already delivered stay readable.
The check program is not code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may warn the player and some antivirus tools may flag it. That is expected, and it is not a defect in the service.
An account that has an active plan, or has paid at least once, can share a personal invite link from its panel. When a new account that signed up through that link makes its first payment, the inviting account gets 7 days added to its current term, or starting that day if the term has ended. A reward is given once per invited account, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Invites between accounts run by the same person or organisation do not count, and rewards gained by abusing the program may be removed. The program can be changed or ended at any time; rewards already given stay.
You can stop using the service at any time: turn renewal off on the Billing page, or delete the account, which also stops the subscription at once. Ask us and the account and its data will be deleted.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used to check people without their agreement, or is used to attack the service. In a clear case of abuse this happens without warning and without a refund.
The service is provided as it is. Within the limits the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make using a report, for players banned or not banned, for reputational damage, for lost revenue, or for a cheat the check failed to find. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by Lithuanian law.
These terms can change. The date at the top changes with them, and account holders are told by email before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the new version.
Lithuanian law applies, and disputes belong to the courts of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights your own country's mandatory consumer law gives you, and you may use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
