There is no phone line and no chat widget - on purpose.
Ask anything: whether it catches a particular cheat, what the report looks like on your own machine, whether the plan fits your staff. If you would rather see it first, the sample report is the real thing with invented data.
Include the check code, roughly when it happened, and what you expected to see. With the code the check can be found in seconds; without it, not at all.
If an administrator sent you a link and you are unsure about it, you can write here too. You can also decline the check - the program does nothing until you press Agree, and closing the window collects nothing. What it reads and where it goes is set out in the privacy policy.
To see, correct or delete data held about you, write to the same address and mention the check code you were given. Answers come within one month, as the GDPR requires.
Invoices are issued automatically with every payment. If one did not arrive, or the details on it need fixing, say so and it gets reissued. Refunds are covered in the terms.
